CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please make sure to carefully review the items in your cart and shipping information before placing the order.

If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. However, as we aim to pack and ship orders within 2 -3 business days. We cannot guarantee that your requests can be made. If your order has already been shipped, Cultive accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items where incorrect details have been entered.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

RETURNS

We have a strict no-returns policy. All items are sold on a consignment basis therefore returns cannot be made, so please ensure the correct size is selected before checkout. All sales are final unless under the unlikely circumstances stated below:

  • We only stock 100% authentic goods. If any item which has passed our rigorous authentication checks is deemed inauthentic, we will provide you with a full refund, along with all associated shipping costs.
  • The wrong item is shipped or the item shipped does not match the size/photo or description of the product purchased. 

Please ensure you choose your sizes and product carefully before you checkout.
