Q: ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?
All items are guranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell any form of replicas or unauthorised items. We thouroughly inspect our goods to ensure its authenticity before reaching our custormers, ensuring that the product is also brand new with no flaws.
Q: CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We have a strict no-returns policy. All items are sold on a consignment basis therefore returns cannot be made, so please ensure the correct size is selected before checkout. All sales are final unless under the unlikely circumstances stated below:
- We only stock 100% authentic goods. If any item which has passed our rigorous authentication checks is deemed inauthentic, we will provide you with a full refund, along with all associated shipping costs.
- The wrong item is shipped or the item shipped does not match the size/photo or description of the product purchased.
Please ensure you choose your sizes and product carefully before you checkout.
In case of defective products, wrong items or sizes, We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
If the item is deemed inauthentic or defective and you wish for a refund, you will need to send the item back to us with the provided return label. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, We will inspect the item to ensure that it matches the given description. We will refund you through the original payment method of purchase. It will take approximately 1 - 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. However, as we aim to pack and ship orders within 2 -3 business days. We cannot guarantee that your requests can be made. If your order has already been shipped, Cultive accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items where incorrect details have been entered.
Q: HOW LONG IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME?
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post and the customer has the option of selecting regular or express shipping.

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal, Afterpay, Laybuy, Zip Pay, Latitude Pay, Klarna, Humm as payment methods for all items. We do not accept Debit or Credit card payment at this stage. If you wish to do so, please link your card through PayPal to proceed with any payments.
Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? AND IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO PICKUPS?
All orders are shipped from VICTORIA and currently We only do deliveries through Australia Post throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Q: HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can view and track your order anytime by creating an account with us here with your original email of purchase. We would also send you a notification through your email for your purchases. Once the order has been shipped, We will also send you an email with tracking information. Please check any spam / promotional inboxes if you have not received any confirmation / shipping emails.
Q: ARE ALL ITEMS BRAND NEW?
We only sell brand new items or in Deadstock condition.
